I hosted church coffee hour by myself. Two casserole pans of eggs, two hot "spreads" and a cole slaw. Kids helped a little. Useless husband in bed. I got applause for the food. I love my church kitchen. Wish it were mine.

I'm always on time.
I'm a good mom.
I can tell great stories.
I can dance.
I can find my kids' and husband's things when they are lost around the house.
I can fold a t-shirt flat perfectly.
I can run far and fast.
My kids are happy.

I'm back to eating right again. Been eating right for 9 days now and down 8 lbs. Most of the loss is caused by my body switching from burning the simple carbs/sugar that I was eating to the complex carbs/fat/protein that I'm eating now. From here out it should be 1-2 lbs. a week, and by my birthday in 2016 where I plan to be down to a normal weight.

The awesome thing is that I can do this because I have hope for my future. It has been a long time since I could say that.

Alright....here we go.

I do work although I have been hanging on here too much lately...for an insurance firm.

I love to read and have read almost every night since 3rd grade (im 38 yrs old).

I love snow like a little kid and am eagerly awaiting some so I can stay home and have hot chocolate, popcorn and movie day w/my girlys...in fuzzy socks! Around here we normally have to wait until January...but it will come!

Every car I have ever had has been named Bessie.

That's all I can think of!!!

I thought I might revive this thread, it is so fun to read about everyone's talents!

I toilet trained my cat (The Litter Kwitter really works!).

I was a record-setting sprinter in high school.

I once sewed a red velvet slipcover for my sofa.

I have a knack for picking out books that my 9 year old son loves to read.

The first time I went rock climbing I climbed a 5.9.

After years of experimenting in the kitchen, I can finally say I am a good cook, with or without a recipe.

I always return grocery shopping carts to the corral or the store.
