Lightbulb A message of strength

Hi all,

A woman that I work with sent this to me a couple days ago and I immediately wanted to share it with you all. Unfortunately, things have been CRAZY at work and I didn't get to it as quickly as I would have liked. This was titled "A Strong Woman vs. A Woman of Strength" but I think it applies to all people who choose to look at things one way vs. the other...

A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape...

but a woman of strength kneels in prayer to keep her soul in shape.

A strong woman isn't afraid of anything...

but a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of her fear.

A strong woman won't let anyone get the best of her...

but a woman of strength gives the best of her to everyone.

A strong woman walks sure-footedly...

but a woman of strength knows God will catch her when she falls.

A strong woman wears the look of confidence on her face...

but a woman of strength wears grace.

A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey...

but a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.

Some days, I feel so wrung out and used up, I wonder not just how I'm going to get through the day, but also how I will live to see the next. Thank God for the love and support of my friends because sometimes they are that last branch that I'm hanging onto at the edge of the cliff. As sad as it is to think that I'm not the only one going through this, it makes me happy to know that I'm not the only one going through this.

Thank you all for sharing your stories with me, it really helps me.

Love,
Jen

Jen

What a great inspiration. It's a "printer outer" for me.

Somedays we're the branch grabbers and somedays we're the branch. Thank you for being the branch today.

Hugs
