Life as been crazy with my dad being sick and trying to move past my relationship with my exra. So today is a me day. I must be insane because in all of this a bought a new house and I'm waiting for the painter to show up. Fresh start in life and today I'm going to be thankful for my wonderful blessings. My dad is having a good day, my son is healthy and happy, I have a great job that I like and on top of that allows me to financial provide for us without anyones's help. Today is a good day I found SR which is a wonderful outlet to get out all of my feelings and help me move past the past. Thank you everyone for your support.

The trick now is to be able to maintain this perspective even in times of stress or doubt.

I have a long list of things I am grateful for. Sometimes I add to it, sometimes I just re-read it. Helps to keep me focused on what is really important.
