Just so you know, vanilla extract has nearly twice the alcohol of American beer, and close to some wines. Not every brand mind you, but the stuff alkies drink does (20 proof).

Well I did go to my first alanon meeting this morning.It wasn't what I expected but I definitely am going back next week.I have so much to learn,,taking care of me is so foreign to me.It was a small group and I felt very welcome.Thanks people of SR for kicking me in the butt to give it a try.
