Legal question
Got a divorce on 12-31-12 and ex got awarded items from our home. It's been six months and she has not got the items yet. Is there a time frame for her to get them? I live in Alaska by the way. I do not want to ask my lawyer because I will probably get charged a ridiculous amout. Thanks
Get a storage locker. Put her things in it. Pay for 2 months rent.
Send all information to her by certified, return receipt requested letter.
If she does not pay the storage or get them out she will lose them.
Just another consequence of her own actions.

Love and hugs,

I pretty much agree with laurie
I would send her a certified letter stating
she has 30 days to get all of her things
or they will be forfeited
keep a copy of said letter and you should be covered
Laurie's got the right idea, but you are likely to get stuck with the storage bill if she doesn't do anything.
If the items in question are valuable (jewelry, antiques, etc.) I would hesitate to get rid of them without legal advice. If they are everyday household goods and furnishings or personal belongings, then I think giving her notice and an opportunity (and reasonable deadline) to retrieve them probably fulfills your duty. Do make sure you have proof of receipt of any letters you send her.
Personally, I would call my lawyer to ask. A question like that would be minimal to answer, and you might not even be charged. Depends on the lawyer.

With my divorce, after an agreed upon date the contents of the house became mine. I personally get a little nervous about doing things like this. A quick call to a lawyer may cost you something now, but if she still has legal claim to this stuff and it goes away it could be really ugly and much more expensive. But like I said I get nervous about this stuff, my experiences warrant it, but maybe not in your case.
No advice to offer, Electricalguru; I had the opposite problem. AXH was supposed to return my and DS's stuff by 12/31/10. The night of 12/31, just as DS and were heading out for dinner, he showed up with a single garbage bag of "stuff" I'd never seen before and algae-covered fish tank, also not mine. (i.e. None of the stuff he was supposed to return.) The 12/31/10 date was imposed by the court at a 12/10/10 hearing.
Personally, I'd say 6 months is plenty of time... But I'm not a lawyer.
