omg Are you OK?

I have buried, and helped to pass, so many people in the past few years. It's hard hard work. Do you have a therapist or a favorite al anon meeting or church or somewhere you can go or someone you trust who will help you process all of this?

This crying you're experiencing is normal and will last for awhile. I hope you're taking extra good care of yourself, whatever that means to you.

SR will be here to help you of course, but this is such a long process.

Do you have support?

I'm so sorry for your loss. All loss is hard, but this type of loss is brutal. Healing won't come quickly, but it will come. Please know that you aren't alone--there are others who know how you feel.
