5 Days Sober...
 

My AH must be serious...for now. I can't tell you the relief it has been at home to not deal with him drunk. The other night he was very crabby, but I think he was just moody cus he wanted to drink but couldn't.

My boys left for Kentucky to be with their grandparents for a few days before heading to Chicago to spend the week with their dad. So at this point, it is just the two of us for the next week, which is probably good considering any withdrawls he may go through.

In the meantime, I am enjoying the next week of work and some great time to myself. ;)

I'm SOOOOOO glad you're finding some peace! Dealing with a crabby dry drunk is no cakewalk, but in my experience, it's less crazy-making than a "drunk drunk."
