Wink Who Moved My Cheese?

Has anyone else read this book? If not, I highly recommend it. Author is Spencer Johnson, MD.

It's a simple story, easy reading, about 100 pages altogether. It creates a fictional environment to show how different individuals approach change & how embracing it becomes a great tool for managing it.

If you get a chance, it's worth the time.

Love that book! I actually had to read it as part of a management training workshop many years ago.

I, too, read it as part of my experience working in a small start-up business where we all had to wear many hats... it's a really good read and applicable too!

I have read this book. It was an easy, quick read and I learned a lot from it. It was a book that all of my coworkers and I were asked to read by our boss at the time. It improved our morale a great deal.

I read it over 10 years ago - it was required reading at work after a merge. I remember it was short and an easy read. Think I need to read it again. I'll have to dust it off my bookshelf!

After hearing that title, I think I read it for a class one time. I think I will look it up again. I probably have it packed in a box still. Thank You.

Bump, because I've just finished this one again & it's worth sharing, AGAIN, lol.

I got this on CD at my library to listen during my commute. It occurred to me that since it's a pretty basic parable DD would probably get something out of it too, so we listened to it together. It's short & basic enough & she grasped the symbolism really quickly.

I also found it on youtube:

Ha! Didn't even notice the date. I remember this title but I don't think I read it...sounds like it is totally worth it. Thanks for sharing.

"hemmed in by fear, comfort and denial..."

I read this book many years ago also. It was great to have this reminder and the link to the Youtube video. Thanks!
