I feel so sad for your son, and you. I have never heard of such a thing. I am at a loss, so upsetting to read the pain you and your sons are dealing with. Very upsetting.

Stella...That is all ive been thinking about all night last night....I have lots of ideas running through my head...he has neighbors ...but Im not above a serious under cover op...Im not going to post any more about that.

Um, I wouldn't recommend that. Do you really need a trespassing/theft charge or worse?

The Humane Society or Animal Control has the duty to ensure that animals aren't mistreated. You have reported it. Unless you have a home for the dog and he is willing to give it up, you have done what you can.
