My sister
Hello. I'm not sure I'm posting in the right area. My sister is an alcoholic and has recently started huffing. It was a rough summer and we didn't talk from July until early December. I let her back into my life since she was sober and looking for a job. She was doing great and then started huffing again last week.
I have dealt with this for 13 years. I have a two year old son and I'm pregnant. I'm worn out and my husband is really worn out. She is telling me that she isn't perfect and that she is doing the best she can. She also told me her sponsor told her that she did the best she could with the tools she had.
She has always had great family support. I'm confused what I need/should do. Do I support her and forgive her again? Do I set p boundaries, again? My son is getting older.... I once again feel so confused and sad... Does anyone have any suggestions?

Honey, set your boundry and keep it.
She can huff all she wants, she just doesn't get to inflict her insanity on you, your husband, or your precious child.
It's okay to let her know that you guys are off limits if she is using.
Keep posting, I'm sure others will be along to chime in.
Sending a big hug, Katie
