Long Story Short
 

My husband was admitted to the hospital yesterday under the Baker Act here in Florida. He will be held for 72 hours. At the end of his stay I don't know what will happen. The therapists at Hazelden where he spent 30 days last Feb. would like to contact him, but he must sign a waver first. I do not want him to return to my home. I have contacted my attorney and am waiting to hear from her. I would prefer that a restraining order not be needed and that he voluntarily find help, but that is out of my control. Time to turn him over to God.

I hope you find peace in your home with him gone. It's not easy, I know, but you sound like a very clear thinker.
