survived the wk end
 

Hello there dear friends

Well I survived the wk end.....I did step out of the box and went out of town on Sat. Had a nice drive, with young ones
Made an appointment and had my hair done...(much needed)
feeling a little better.....Ah! a day to myself today the children are iin school and although there's a fort in the living room laundry and dishes waiting, and a thousand errands that need to be ran on my One wk day off......Iam enjoying the peace......
maybe even take a Walk.......like I used to...(meditation).
Life seems so fast pased it's so hard to catch a moment and gather my thougts...
Tomorrow nite I start my co-dependancy meetings again....kind of nervouse about that, Sometimes reality smacks me in the face and I feel the SHAME of it all again. I feel like an ongoing blubbering idiot who just can't seem to come to a resolve....
trying to find me again.....throught the fog and the shame....
one day at a time....

Hi Sally.

We didn't learn all of our bad habits in a day and we won't unlearn them in a day. Please be patient with yourself. Every bit of progress makes the next bit possible.

Isn't new hair the greatest lift? I mean, next to new socks. ;)
