You know that whole saying, "Happiness is am inside job"? Well, so is recovery. Just like for you, if she doesn't want it then she won't find it.
The best you can do for her is to be a good example.
I also agree with the AlAnon suggestions. You don't have to mention you're also an alcoholic in recovery. In fact, it's expected that you don't mention your details from AA at all, although you can say you're a "double winner" If you want to reference your sobriety.
