Happy New Year to my dear SR friends
Hi all
Just want to wish you all a happy new year, I think I'm ahead of time from most of you.
I also wish to thank you all for your support over 2012 & hope that 2013 brings further recovery & a brighter future for me.
I am miles away from home & at my sisters with my kids.
Unfortunately her longtime partner had a big stroke before Christmas so she has been quite stressed.
She is visiting him now & we will stay in & celebrate New Year together tonight.
Hope she's ok, she's been gone a while.
Anyway cooking her tea & have fun planned to cheer her up.
Missing my xabf tonight but only cause I'm a codie & it's a fantasy, reality is he'll get drunk & be no fun but I wish him well with positive thoughts.
Enough rambling, thanks again my dear friends for your support.

I got sick tonight (too much fun running around with adorable snot- nosed little children over the holidays.) I hope I feel better tomorrow because my friends have a special bowl burning ceremony planned tomorrow night, to destroy all of our bad memories from 2012 and to make plans for a better 2013. It always amazes me just how many people are going through similar experiences as me right now. All you have to do is start to let it out in the open. We are not alone.
Anyway, I'm wishing you all an amazing peaceful (if that's what you want) evening, and a healthy New Year!

Happy New Year to you too... I have a family gathering to go to but it will be over early and then I'm coming home by myself. I will miss my illusion too, but he'll be out getting wasted somewhere and certainly won't be thinking about me. :-P

Happy new year, all! We had many of our dearest friends over last night. It was a tough back half of the year between some professional disappointments, some family health crises, my best friends moving to New Zealand, and losing our dog, but I am so grateful to have found SR this year. You all give me inspiration everyday! Happy 2013!
