Very good new to share with SR friends
 

Tonight my eldest daughter was named head girl for 2013.
I always knew she could do it & she so deserves it & I am one very proud Mum.
So for anybody who is in a toxic relationship & has children it really is worth getting out.
I've come through drug addiction, raised kids on my own for 6 years, kicked the alcoholic out & kids have come out ok.
They are what matters to me & today is one of the proudest days of my life as this is where I've been aiming to get her alongside her determination & hard work.
She is also over the moon & 2013 will be fantastic for her.
Just want to share some good news with my SR friends.

Rosie, this is great news! I say that because it is obvious you are very proud of her, but I have to ask what is "head girl"? It sounds exciting, though I have no idea what it means!

Head girl means she is the girl in charge of her whole school for the 2013 year. (school is 200+ students)
She represents the school, she leads in activities, religious prayer, group leader meetings, school council, any responsibilities the school have she will be the recognized girl leader.
What's even more priceless is that head boy is a boy she's been right through school with which started when they were 4 at kindy.
Couldn't get a more well matched, well deserving head boy & girl, they've worked so hard.
My daughters 2013 year will be amazing for her & I can't wait to experience & see her go through it.

Ahhh...like President of the Student Body. Awesome! And great leadership experience at a young age. I hope she has a blast in that role.
