The dilemma of the long lived species (us) is that we have to say goodbye to loved ones like your Cooper.

Sorry for your loss. As I've grown up, I find that I like animals more than people! There is such a pureness and innocence in them. They want nothing but love and care, and give it back ten-fold.

May you find some comfort and peace. And gratitudee of each moment you had together.

So, so sorry for your loss! We had 3 aging cats that each passed months apart over a year's time & it was incredibly difficult, I understand how painful it is. :hugs:
