Actually let her friends deal with her then they will learn the sad reality about "enabling". Its possible some of those friends are addicts themselves and trying to manipulate for her.
It is not high probability a non heavy/ social drinker will not see something amiss with yor sister from what you describe.

My thoughts are at least she has a roof over her head and 3 meals a day. Hopefully no alcohol! Anyone know if they have handsanitizer in jail??this may be a chance for her to dry out.

@desperatesister...she is a grown adult right?...so, shes made HER bed, let her lay in it...i have been there also...stop worrying, your not helping yourself any....you should be charging rent for all the head space...
