I've just finished Marriage on the Rocks: Learning To Live With Yourself and An Alcoholic.
I'm about to begin The Turmoil of Someone Elses Drinking.
I have Co-Dependant No More and Boundaries in my wish list and will purchase soon.
Does anyone have any other recommendations for someone living with an active alcoholic?

I agree with Anvilhead about Al anon. I found the reading material published by Hazelden for Al anon groups to be very helpful. I like the daily readers "Courage to Change" and "Hope for Today".
There is also a daily reader for Codependent No More called "Language of Letting Go" and we also have a Newcomers Daily Thread for Codependents if you want to read/post there. On the Daily Thread someone usually posts the reading for the day from "Language of Letting Go"

Get yourself a good counselor, and a PCP that you like and trust. You will need the counselor to process and deal with the stress, depression and anxiety, and the PCP for your general health, anti anxiety meds, ect.
