Look into the Sun
 

The RAW and I are in the start of our divorce or hopefully a disolution. So to relax, I got on the PC and dialed up my favorite artist, Jethro Tull. From 69 Stand up album, this track "Look Into The Sun" played. And just hit me (wow) for the moment I was in. This verse says it all. Thought I would share.


I had waited for time to change her.
The only change that came was over me.
She pretended not to want love --
I hope she was only fooling me.
So when you look into the sun
Look for the pleasures nearly won.
Or was it better then to run
Than to spend the summer singing.
And summer could have come in a day.

I knew you were a Tull fan before I even looked at your post!

Good idea, to seek peace and relaxation--for a moment, even, is good.

I am packing up, moving from the boondocks to the city. It will be good! The timing is right, too. If I had to do this part of the process last year or 6 mo. ago, it would have been too stressful.

It is right, for right now.
Sometimes I don't LIKE the feelings....but they're not as bad as before, either. I have ways to let them pass through and friends to talk to and ways to keep going--planning wisely, in my best interests.
