Depression

My fiancée and I went swimming this morning. I've noticed he has been sleepingmore than what is considered normal. He also barely eats. I asked him if he was depressed. He looked at me so strangely and swam away. I felt so sad to see the look in his eyes. Just sharing my experience.

These can both be signs of depression.

Unfortunately just like we don't have any control over a loved ones alcohol use, we also don't have a say in the rest of their recovery.

I got into the most trouble when I tried to find solutions for "any" of the concerns.

I wasn't looking for a solution. I just asked him a question.
