OT Bullying from roomies...
Please send good vibes so I can move out to my own place soon!
My otherwise nice artistic roomies treated me like $%%# today.
I do not understand why-- there have been some minor issues but nothing major, as far as I know.
Anyway I am trying hard not to take it personal and stay calm and even nice, I read in another thread bullies do not know what to do with kindness.
I feel bad for one of them, we even shared recovery stuff and I felt we had a friendship, but it seems we no longer do.
There is some legal stuff to be sorted out in order for me to move out. I can't wait to have my own place and never ever deal with anyone else's parties, moods, issues or whatever...
Thanks for letting me vent

PS I read another thread about bullying in the workplace, OMG what is wrong with people? and why can't I ever, every leave any rented place in peace??

Oh no TC I'm so sorry.
YOu're so strong, and have learned so much. I think it's easy for trauma to rise again in situations where we are not being respected. You are so wise regarding how to take care of yourself, how to calm yourself. I hope your able to do these things now.]
Maybe a strong boundary will work better than kindness? Saying, "Here is my boundary" then enforcing it.
In the meantime, I hope you find a safe, peaceful place and soon.
Sending you lots and lots of strength and love. :ghug3
