OT work colleague difficulties
Sorry, using SR as a sounding device.
I had a run in with a new work colleague today. She said two or three things to me and when I questioned her about her methods she changed the story a couple more times (to suit) and left me feeling like I was going mad! (I have been there before with my AH)
1st round - saved a file in the morning, worked on it and was going to copy it back into a file I had been working on (negating my work).
2nd round - only just saved the file, and asked me if it would be a problem if she copied it back into my file.
3rd round - only just saved the file, and wasn't making any changes to it, just looking.
Her story just kept changing. We were then both marched into the HR office and she then told the third version to the HR manager whilst crying. I was so angry, shaking my head and I couldnt even speak.
Sounding board?
