weird feeling
 

My XABF aunt texted me to say shed love for me to bring my son over to spend time with her and her kids. Ive done this in the past, whether me & my A were on good terms or not but it makes me feel kind of weird &i im trying to specify why. Shes not a bad person nor are her kids but since my breakup w my XABF she hasnt suggested seeing my son until now, havent seen her until 2weeks ago at a dino expo and my son ran away from her because its been so long since hes seen her. I dont know what to say to her &i i dont think going there would be a set up to get my A visitation too(he lives in the house or did) but i just dont want to deal w the dysfunction of it all(she& her father are enablers for my xabf) I know my son would enjoy time over there but i also know he would be expecting to see his "father" and be disappointed when he realized he wasnt there. Advice or words of wisdom are greatly appreciated!

Maybe you could meet somewhere else? A restaurant maybe?

I would stay as far away from dysfunctional people as I can.
