All my hard with is paying off..

Despite my request of no contact my exAH partner rang tonight( we broke up 2 weeks ago) after she relapsed 5 months after a extended stay in rehab. She ended up leaving a message ..

She still in Rehab and sounded like did last time. Happy and nice - how far from the real truth. I let the rehab center know straight away I didnt want any contact. Im learning and finally getting it - It has to be about me or there is no hope.

All her call is doing is justifying her position, if any stuff is left in the house she could e-mail or text.

Its been a long journey but trust me silence is the greatest of healers. I feel alive again...
