Zoomer, MG - Get out the drywall patch

Because I'm about to put my head through some. Work was totally FUBAR'd today. Most of us expected we would be let go early. The "work 'til you drop" bunch copped an attitude about that. I had to leave early because my son's daycare was closing early. Everyone left that place with disgruntled feelings. What a crappy way to close out the year. And it's really unfortunate because we have all been working triple time over the past two weeks. Oh, and did I mention that one of the owners is an addict and showed up in an amphetamine frenzy this morning?
I had to do a major attitude adjustment on the way home. For now, I'm leaving that place and all of it's problems behind me for the holiday. Friday, I am going to start shopping my resume around.
Off to do some deep breathing.
Peace,
Gabe

That didn't sound like fun.

I'll build a wall behind you so you can't look back at it.

I'll coat it with sand texture so you can't hear the noise.

We can use bright colored bricks ahead of you to pave your way to new employment that you will enjoy and where you will be appreciated.

Thank you MG!

That is just what I needed. The smile is back on my face. Can I have sparkly colored bricks? I just love sparkly things.
That poem is copied and printed out. It will be a big hit at work on Friday.
A hug of gratitude to you MG.
Peace,
Gabe

LOL, Gabe, I was not the one who put the wholes in the walls, but I'v wanted too . I'm learning to be a handy man (eventhough I'm a woman),but not by choice! if I don't do things no one will even the guys I hire. One Christmas eve, I thought we were all going to e let off work early and my boss wanted to get everything caught up! Talk about pissed! He bought me flowers, but I wanted to shove the flowers right up his ass! He had no exscuse except being a lawyor and that exsplains it all!
