I'm sorry I'm having trouble using this I am new - I hope you had a good new year- I am hear to listen to anything you want to share and hoping to seek some advice about my x- I have 2 kids with him and I don't know if I should be depending on him for helping me with the kids or not and I'm about to lose it myself I feel so frusterated and mostly scared I can't do it without him but I am afraid of how he will effect our children

I am also having trouble letting go- I am working on that- any good books or advice anyone wants to offer I'm all ears- thanks for listening
