Quack, Quack, Quack ... XA calling
 

After 4 years of rehabs, hospitals, arrests and crazy train of recovery, relapse and insane behavior (he abandondoned his business and is now drunk out of his mind in Vegas) I have had enough...

so... I changed his ringone to the duck that goes quack, quack, quack on my Iphone and every time he calls I think of all of you and that wonderful thread on quacking drunks!

I am happy to report that I have not yet once picked up the quacking phone and have informed all friends NOT to tell me any reports PERIOD!!! I don't want to know!

I strongly recommend the duck ringtone as it seems to have magical properties and brings the ridiculous image of a his face quacking... lol.

I already packed his stuff up and put it in storage.

May God help him... cuz I am NOT this time.

I have known 2 alcoholics who ended up in LasVegas to drink to the end (although they eventually stopped). It's like that Nick Cage movie Leaving LasVegas. The 24/7 hour alcohol sales is an alcoholics dream come true. They also have a ton of AA & Alanon meetings though.

You sound very determined and strong - good for you.
