Change the locks
So sorry it is so stressful. Change your locks, do not let this person into your home, 27 degrees, 12 degrees, this is not your problem. This is way beyond holding you hostage emotionally. He is actually attempting to hold your whole life hostage.
When you have time to breathe, find an Al-anon meeting. They're free. Anything to bring some stability to your situation.
