transformy I am dealing with similar issues. I recall your wacko coworker. My dear transform, you have gone through a great deal of stress at different fronts. Its exhausting.
My 'nemesis' at work made some harsh comments in a meeting today. And I am stuck in anger in general about my work and 60 hour long weeks. Today I was honest with my new manager. It helped. Took some herbal calming pills. They help me keep my temper.
Thelma I got issues dealing with anger as well. I threw some old plates to a wall. It helped more than I thought it would. I need to buy more. It is worth the "investment". A visit to Waldo's is in order.
