That is all just a great big Ughhhhhhhhhhh! Lastnight and this morning has sucked, fine but I am deciding that my afternoon is going to be better.

I am choosing to have a good afternoon for me and I am leaving behind my negative thoughts and actions from this morning.

Sun is shining brightly, I have lots to be thankful for. Concentrate on the positive things in my life which are many.

When I get like this I go out and make sure I just smile at everyone, not that crazy I am losing my freaking mind smile, but that soft I'm up to something devilish smile, or the I have a secret smile. I find the more I do it the better I feel, and then other people are smiling back and it's like it's contagious and whatever was bugging me is forgotten.
