OT Airport pictures
These photos are just gorgeous - plus, now I want to move to wherever LTD's amazing views are (wow, just wow...) and I also want a mini goat, which right up until today I didn't even realize existed (mini goats!!) Willybluedog, I would love to see your zoo!
Willie,
I agree with TC about taking a class. I really wanted to, but could only find daytime classes. And since I have a day job, I couldn't. So I bought some books, joined some photography forums, and searched out all the information I could find. It was a slow learning process and I think taking a class would speed it up considerably.
TC is also right about just getting out there and shooting. Once you understand the basics of how shutter speed, aperture, and ISO work, then it's all down to practice. Like everything in life, don't get discouraged, learn from your mistakes, and keep on going!
TC-I hope you feel better soon! Can't wait to see more Thailand photos!

Ok, I have set up a group on Flickr, it is called the Sober Recovery Friends Photo Bucket.
First you search for and join Flickr
Then search for Sober Recovery in Groups
Join the group
Upload your photos
You will have created your own photostream
It takes a few days for your pictures to appear in the group.
There is also a message board where we can have discussions on virtually any topic.
I will use this thread and our Flickr group to keep everyone updated.
If you have questions either post them here or send me a private message.
Thanks everyone.

I have set up a public photobucket account as Willybluedog, it has the photos of my animals as well as some others, hope you enjoy them.
