Need a Little Support - Giving Notice at Job and Trying to Avoid

All,

Today is a great day! Yet I am dragging my feet in giving my notice that I am leaving my job. I am trying to avoid confrontation and I was hoping somebody had some effective words to kick me in the tail and get it over with.

I feel very confident that the new job is the right thing - I am just feeling may of the CoD traits rearing their ugly, unkempt, pointy heads to try and get me to delay the inevitable. Don't know if I should go in now - or at the end of the day.

Any size 8's that can give me a good push is appreciated. The day is half over and I am feeling the anxiety building.

Thanks all,

Petunia

I just read your response in a previous thread...I only wear a Size 7 1/2, but if I may, allow me to remind you what you do when you're having a rough day, and you'll remember the "why"...

"HIII"

Go for it!

Hugs,

Suggestion:

Say WHAT you mean,
MEAN what you say,
But DONT say it mean.

You have 100% right to reisgn your job, and they have the right to like it or not.

Take the action thats BEST for you, and let go of the rest!

Good luck!

It's Done - and it didn't hurt at all!

Thanks so much for letting me get this out and providing feedback. I went in and got it out without, hemming or hawwing. Christina - your approach could not be more true! Thank you for taking the time to offer some insight.

SR for everyone - HURRAH!

Thanks again. And I wish you all a safe weekend.

Congratulations Petunia!

I'm sort of glad I didn't get here until you had already succeeded. I might have wondered if my size 10 was welcome. :lol

HUGS!
