left him today

Well, my mind couldn't take it anymore. I had to leave. There are just some things I refuse to tolerate. My son an I are at my parents house. The peace and quiet sure feels nice..just feel like a lost soul. Time to focus on the future. Ugh.

I know you must feel a mixture of things....relief, overwhelm, fear. But you took a stand, made a decision to protect yourself and your son. You are to be commended for this..it takes great courage! Just remember you don't have to figure every little detail out today or this week...it's one day at a time. Just see what is in front of you this very moment. Your son is the best motivation you could have to get healthy, heal, take a step forward, one step at a time.

Big hug to you...you will get through this.

Jacky,

So proud of you for taking a stand for your child and yourself, great job!

I know it hurts so much, time, helps, so does a good counselor, and the freinds here at SR.

Best of luck to you,

Bill
