I was so blessed to discover this for when I was really struggling with my ABF. I am happy to say I'm in a pretty amazing place!
I still love him and am seeing him -- and have been sticking to a boundary ( will not see or talk to him if he has been dinking). Between that and therapy, I feel so much more sane!
Also, an amazing job possibility - one I have dreamed of - has presented itself. I interviewed today -- if all works out, I will be moving close to my family! My therapist pointed out that doors open up when someone begins to take care of themselves better. It seems that might be happening for me!
