I began working and reading step 1. I have been communicating and educating myself through all your pastings. My life had become unmanagable and i was clearly paniced. I am feeling somewhat better and excited to be moving in the right direction for me and my family. It is wonderful to know I am not alone in this type of struggle. I managed to focus better at work today and have energy for the kids despite the husband laying in bed jobless. Was easy to be greatful for the things i do have today.

This is good news. Glad you are working a program. It has helped me immensely. I have had to do Step 1 many times over the last 15 or so years. I think I've got it now
