When the chaos is gone
I have. I've found that I have to take care of things in 2 ways that can actually be at odds with each other.
1) I'm just learning to feel my uncomfortable feelings. Buddhist readings are helping with this.
2) When you get rid of something in your life it will be replaced with something else. You have to option to make a choice to replace it with something positive, be proactive. If you don't choose, something else will fill the void. It may be positive, it may not.
IME my #1 can be a way of meeting my needs in #2 but, conversely, I can also use #2 to avoid #1 - which hasn't been particularly healthy for me in the past.
