today is day 21 for SD777....and I am very proud of her for this feat. She is much more alert and smiles more ofter during the day which makes my day better too. Yesterday she drove me to mr Dr appointment. I was so much more relaxed with her driving ability. There were times in the past where I didn't want to be in a car with her because I didn't know how much she had been drinking. I just want her to be safe...is that to much to ask for?

Personally, I don't think that's too much to ask for
I ask HP to keep my RAH safe everyday - it's one of the things I CAN do!

I keep hearing about how she is doing, but little of how you are doing.

Are you working a program of recovery for yourself from the effects her alcoholism has had on you? Are you attending Alanon yet? Have you read "Codependent No More" yet?
