A in Recovery
Has anyone or does anyone know the answer to my question:?
Is possible for recoverying A to continue to maintain friendships with other A's and/ or RA to maintain relationships with family member's who also have A issues
I have had problems with this question -'told nothing to do with me !, and others say 'he can see who he wants concerning his family and friends'
Then other's say should drop them, and work on his recovery.
I think I'm really asking, did I go over the top with my bounderies.
Thank you for letting me share

Re:-reply to Anville,
When going to his meetings ,he'd come back and say he wasnt really A,something else wrong with him, he's not A's- perhaps my antenia was going up again, because I lived through lots of years with him white knuckling it,of course I didnt know what that meant until I started Al-anon.My ignorance of this baffling disease, to say the least was understatement on my part.
Cant stop the unstoppable,'who did I think I was God',ahhhhhhh
