About a year ago, I stumbled upon this forum when I had just separated from my AH. I got an incredible amount of support and it helped me to focus on my (and my DD's) life and our happiness.

I just filed for divorce from my AH. I'm sad because the dream is dead, but am also optimistic for the future (well, once all this legal crap and BS are out of the way).

I've not been a prolific poster, but I lurk and read a lot. The words of wisdom and compassion shared here have really helped me with my own situation.

Thank you for helping me when you didn't even know it :) This forum is a godsend.

I agree with everything you said. Took me longer to start posting but glad that I did.

There are other dreams to dream about and more than that, realities to enjoy from now on! it takes courage to do what you are doing. I applaud you. :)
