You know it's been a really bad week when you spend Friday the way you spent Monday... on the forums reading to validate the idea that you are NOT the crazy one and that you are OK in watching out for yourself and living in reality and not in fantasy.

On the other hand, Tues-Thursday wasn't so terribly bad, so that's good!

Also, you know you are going to have a bad day/week/century when a pigeon flies into your head. Had that happen to me a couple of days ago and after the dazed feeling wore off, I just stood there laughing for a while.

I choose not to have bad weeks anymore. So this week was actually good even with some yucky situations taking place. I could rattle off the bad, but instead will focus on the good, because they did happen, too. And it was more good than bad.

Now I am taking my pollyanna butt out for more coffee because if I don't get more now, I will lose that amazingly positive attitude in short order! ; )

What is everyone mean by a bad day??? Mine is not being able to leave my house, cause I feel weak, shaky and anxious.
