Has anyone here ever done CoDa meetings? I'm asking for a friend of mine who's...a real mess right now and is obviously a codependent. She recognizes this but is running around, flailing her arms, desperately seeking support. I would like to direct her to CoDa but I'd love to hear what other people's experiences have been...
