Great definition of codependency
Great definition of codependency
I just watched a webcast by Fr. Richard Rohr (yes, I know, I've become a total Rohr groupie these days) on his new book about the 12 Steps, Breathing Under Water.
He described codependency as:
Overreaction to things (people, etc.) OUTSIDE of you; and
Underreaction to things (feelings etc.) INSIDE of you.
Thought it was great in its simplicity!
