Barb, let me share something with you-
Was in rehab for my knee, the therapist asks me to move my legs as if I was indeed swimming (ok I forgot the word in English for that..)
And I felt GREAT.
I recalled I was on a pre team when I was a kid. I was a good swimmer. I donīt remember why I quit.
Then I had a drowning scare when snorkeling years ago and I feared any water body for years.
I will HAVE to learn how to swim again, for medical reasons.
So there I go again back to the water.
And afterwards, to my "Surfing for dummies" Retreat in Puerto Vallarta.
All this to say I get the feeling. Or at least, I think I felt something similar.
Huge satisfaction. Wow!
