So I get a call last night...
 

from a mother (a known A) who wants me to pick up her child and then bring her home from a social function tonight. The message she left on my answering machine at 8pm was so unintelligible that I had to listen to it 5 times.

WHAT? I have only ever met the Mom twice. Sheesh. I have barely started focusing on myself and my detachment from my own sister and another A wants me to help them???

I guess I do have the word 'enabler' stamped on my forehead! Sheesh.

I hope you saved the message and reported her to the cops.
In my state, the rules are the same when it comes to caring for children as it is for driving: If you're above the legal driving limit, it's a crime for you to be responsible for children.
