It's his birthday
 

So we are pretty much no contact-his choice not necessarily mine but I know that limited contact has helped me keep the focus on my own life and realize how much there is to it than HIM. But on days like Father's Day and his birthday I want to talk to him and wish him good things. But he wont even answer a simple email about a house issue, never mind answer his phone. It makes me sad. But maybe its for the best. Just feeling so shut out of the his life.

Sometimes the greatest gifts our HP gives us are the ones we need... not the ones we want.

I know it hurts... but take this time to focus on you and healing yourself. A break from the insanity gives you all sorts of time just for sweet and precious YOU!
