what the A thinks of you is more important than what you think about yourself HELP
 

ok so i have an A living next door. Im going to put music on which i know sometimes the A has heard in the past. I don't want to put on love music in case the A next door thinks the music is about him and im a real lovey.

this is ridiculous. I wouldn't play it loud but im so in fear of the A coming round or any confrontation with him that i don't allow myself to play music i enjoy

I recommend a serious dose of very loud Death Metal, preferably stuff from the Viking bands! After the A is left with soiled pants, they'll start wondering how sharp your battle axe is. End result is eternal peace without having to worry about the A or your music.

You have the right to play whatever music you like at a reasonable level Kevin.
You also have the right to refuse entry to anyone you like.

but...if thinking about it has you anxious, invest in a set of headphones - turn it up as loud as you like and you won't hear the door.
