I just want to say thanks for the encouragement.
I have a hole where planning and proactive responsibility should be.
I actually spent the weekend with a friend whose son has executive function disorder. After talking to her about his issues, I decided I lean toward EFD, too.
So, she did a little coaching with taking some baby steps toward trying to get ahead of the ball at work, and maybe I can use these skills at home, too.
