So it is 7:22 am, I was supposed to leave to teach a class that I get paid for 22 minutes ago. Stbxah was supposed to come watch the kids.....I called, he has both his phones turned off. My parents are out of town, I have extra kids at the house who aren't being picked up til 10:00. He was supposed to watch my 2yr old, and 1 yr old, and hang out until the other kids left. I had it all figured out time wise so everyone could get where they needed to be! Now teaching this class doesn't pay alot, but every bit helps AND this is going to make me look bad to the people I teach for!!!! REALLY?!?!?!? He has never done this before.....sad part is I know what he is going to say.......UGH!!! I should have had a back up plan, but my older boys both have obligations elsewhere too!!

I'm sorry.... That just sucks. I hate being in a position of depending on someone and being let down.

I hope you are able to stay calm for the sake of the kiddies. That's the hardest part for me.

Something that I have read on here: Take him out of EVERY equation. I do not count on mine for anything. It's the only thing that works for me.

I'm sorry to hear about the situation and hope you have been able to work something out this morning. In the future, perhaps you can make arrangements with your local church or is there a daycare where you teach?

I agree with RollTide....take him out of any plans in which you need consistency and dependability.
