Huge step
 

So, after being manipulated a thousand times into 50/50 custody and me being stuck in HIS town, i have decided no matter what it does to him and the way he reacts, I'm meeting my lawyer today to file and order for a new temporary arrangement and permission to move 100 miles into the next state. STBXAH does not know this is coming. The final paperwork is done and he was waiting on my signature and I had said I would sign, but when it came down to it, I just can't. I need to go back home, where me and my daughter belong. This is going to be so hard and there is a huge battle ahead, but I'm doing it. Wish me luck and if you would like, share your success stories of getting custody how you wanted it.

Good luck! I've seen it happen, getting sole physical custody with a move-away order. I hope it works out. He just might settle if he realizes the beneifits to him.
