I would love to really GET this... but I don't quite understand the difference between complaining and asking for help, because sometimes when you ask for help you have to explain why something isn't working for you. But that sounds like complaining. Agh!
Time to meditate on complaining!

Complaining is just that--complaining. Asking for help is taking action to resolve the situation, which means you have accepted the situation to start with. (or you wouldn't be asking for help) Make sense?
